How can we improve our outreach, & encourage Black designers to join our club and/or future initiatives? For the mural, originally 10 judges would decide the final 248 pixels. With fewer entries and only 20% by Black designers, we had many discussions with 5 judges and our team instead. While this mural showcases only the work of Black designers, we hope to improve our outreach, and create a welcoming environment for all artists.
